Major infrastructural upgrades by utilities such as Transnet and Eskom are currently underway, with more planned for the near future in South Africa. Transport networks are being upgraded with new services such as the multi-billion rand Gautrain currently underway.
This is in response to the rapid growth within the country and governments commitment to providing all South Africans with basic infrastructure to eliminate service backlogs and further promote the development of the country.
Examples of Target Cranes’ work within the infrastructure industry include the construction of new infrastructure and the extension and upgrading of existing infrastructure.
Target Cranes is currently contracted to work on South Africa's two current major infrastructure projects being Bombela and Medupi Power Station.
