As the impact of climate change and global warming become more evident, the world is increasing turning its attention towards renewable energy, with increasing pressure to examine renewable energy options, and examining the impact of burning fossil fuel, on the environment.
All of this has focused the spotlight more than ever on renewable energy. On the renewable energy side Southern Africa’s capacity has not even come close to being realised but this is set to change with the establishment of several wind farms in the region with more planned in the future.

Examples of Target Cranes’ work in the renewable energy industry include the construction of new plants at new development sites, the relocation of existing plants, the extension and upgrading of existing plants and ongoing maintenance contracts as well the installation of offshore windmills.
